Chemo Outreach Project are holding an online auction, hoping to raise the £80,000 for an incredibly worthy cause...

 

People with Cancer living in outlying areas of South Devon and Cornwall, have a very long way to travel for treatment. Derriford Hospital in Plymouth would like to have a mobile team to travel to cottage hospitals and treat patients near their homes.  The £80,000 they hope to raise will employ two senior oncology nurses for a year that would visit hospitals in Kingsbridge, Tavistock and Liskeard. This would make life so much easier for already very sick people who often have to rely on friends or family members to take them, an added stress at an already difficult time.
